Acosta Transportation was launched in 2023 in Massachusetts, in response to a growing need for reliable and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). With firsthand knowledge of the transportation challenges faced by seniors, individuals with disabilities, and underserved patients, founder Yordani Acosta set out to build a company rooted in safety, punctuality, and trust.
Starting with just three vehicles and a small team, Acosta Transportation quickly became known for its personal approach, community connections, and commitment to excellent service. As the company grows and expands it remains focused on providing accessible and dependable transportation across Central Massachusetts.

Yordani Acosta is the Dominican-born founder of Acosta Transportation. Passionate about serving the community, he launched the company in 2023 to provide safe, reliable NEMT services in Worcester. Yordani leads with integrity, driving both the mission and the vehicles to ensure every client is cared for.

Catherinne Yen manages day-to-day operations and client coordination at Acosta Transportation. As the wife of the founder and mother of their child, she brings heart and structure to the business, ensuring every ride runs smoothly and professionally.
